Happy New Year. How are you guys doing down there in California with the crazy weather conditions?
Right now as I write, it's -21 deg C! Bitterly cold with lots
and lots of snow.

We have sold our house and moved to a smaller house up on a mountain range.
The second and third pic you see is the view taken
from our living room.
We have a panoramic view of the city, mountains and lake.
